After weeks of auditions plus a tense bootcamp and judges' houses rounds, came 10 weeks of LIVE shows including 2 nights at Wembley Arena, with The X Factor 2016 Final!
After all of that, the Winner of The X Factor 2016 was finally crowned and solely down to YOUR votes alone!
Saturday-night was the start of the Wembley experience, with Matt Terry, Saara Aalto and 5 After Midnight performing to win a spot to Sunday-night.
With Saara receiving 35.3% of the vote and Matt receiving 33.4% of the vote, meant that it was 5 After Midnight that finished in 3rd-place on Saturday-night, with 31.3% of the vote.
Sunday-night came the final-night of the Wembley experience, where as well as more star-studded guest-star performances, the night was about both Matt Terry and Saara Aalto, as they performed on that Wembley stage once again with their choice of songs they had previously performed during the contest for that life-changing recording contract as well as performing their version of the Winners' Single "When Christmas Comes Around" written by Ed Sheeran.
After another night of action of the final-night of The X Factor 2016 Final, it was time for the moment to finally crown the winner!
The winner of The X Factor 2016, having received 48.5% of the vote was..........MATT!
Out of the thousands and thousands of hopefuls, there was going to be one winner and that winner was Matt Terry!
Having received 40.4% of the vote, meant that Saara Aalto finished as runner-up.

Last-night, the contest for that life-changing recording contract came to the first-round of The X Factor Final, at Wembley Arena!
The 3 finalists' 5 After Midnight, Saara Aalto and Matt Terry performed on the famous Wembley stage, hoping to be a step-closer to winning that life-changing record deal.
After a night of star-studded performances from the 3 finalists' including guest-star duets and an emotional performance from Louis Tomlinson of his debut solo single, the results' of who make it through to the final night of The X Factor Final were revealed.
With only 2 spots up-for-grabs, meant that for 1 act, would be the end of their X Factor journey in 3rd-place.
The first-act who had made it through to tonight's show was..........SAARA!
The last and final-remaining spot to tonight's show went to..........MATT!
With both spots' filled, meant that 5 After Midnight had finished in 3rd-place.
As last-night was about who would be going through to the final-night of The X Factor 2016, tonight will be about who will win that life-changing record deal!
So with Saara and Matt performing on the Wembley stage once again, ere are the songs that both finalists' are to be performing tonight!

MATT TERRY, will sing "Writing's On The Wall"
The Winner of The X Factor 2016 will be either Saara or Matt and that decision will be solely down to YOUR votes!
