From the Boys and the Girls.....to the Overs and the Groups!
Last night marked the start of The X Factor LIVE shows and what a first show it proved to be
It was all about the Boys and the Girls as they performed on that X Factor stage for the first time to win YOUR votes, which would decide who would stay and who sadly would be leaving the competition for that life changing record contract.
There were still more acts to join the competition, the Wildcards!
But the decision on the Wildcard acts that would be joining the competition was down to YOUR votes.
The Wildcard act chosen for the Boys was Leon Mallett and for the Girls, it was Alisah Bonaobra who was chosen to join.
Whilst for the Overs, the Wildcard act chosen was Talia Dean and for the Groups, Jack & Joel were chosen.
After a first-night of performances from the Boys and the Girls as well as from former One Direction star Liam Payne and also an appearance from former X Factor judge/mentor Cheryl , there was an elimination to happen and the act who had received the fewest of YOUR votes was to leave the competition for that life changing record contract.
The first act to leave the competition with the fewest of votes was..........SPENCER SUTHERLAND.
But the act who had received the highest of votes and had won the show on the night was..........GRACE DAVIES!
That was some of the action from last-night's first LIVE show but the action of this X Factor weekend is not yet finished, as it continues tonight!
Dermot is back once again tonight, as it will now be the turn of the Overs and the Groups as they perform on that X Factor stage for the first time and like yesterday, they will be performing for YOUR votes and stay in with a chance in going a step closer to that life changing record contract!
Here are the songs that both the Overs and the Groups are going to be performing tonight.
The OVERS - Mentored by NICOLE SCHERZINGER
Kevin Davy White, will sing 'Stay' (Rihanna Ft. Mikky Ekko)
Matt Linnen, will sing 'Scars To Your Beautiful' (Alessia Cara)
Traceyleanne Jefford, will sing 'Written In The Water' (Gin Wigmore)
The song that Talia Dean will perform will be revealed tonight!
The GROUPS - Mentored by SIMON COWELL
The Cutkelvins, are going to sing 'What About Us' (Pink)
Rak-Su, are going to sing 'Mamacita' (Original)
Sean & Conor Price, are going to sing 'Strong' (London Grammar)
Jack & Joel's song will be revealed tonight!
There will be a Guest Judge standing in for Simon tonight, welcome BGT judge Alesha Dixon as she joins the likes of Sharon Osbourne, Louis Walsh and Nicole Scherzinger on that panel!
Another act will sadly be leaving the competition tonight and it will be the one with the fewest of votes.
Whilst there will be NO sing off for the bottom two/three, there will be a sing off between Grace Davies and the act who will receive the highest of votes tonight,,,,,for a prize!
Join Dermot with all the action including the performances from the Overs and the Groups and from Stormzy, on The X Factor Live at 7:00pm only on ITV!
Don't miss it and get ready for voting!
Good luck to all the finalists, the judges/mentors, the presenters and everyone of the X Factor team!

Dermot is back once again with all the action from the first LIVE show weekend, with this-week's theme being 'Express Yourself'
Whilst 12 acts were chosen by the judges/mentors from the Judges' Houses round last week, there will be 4 more acts joining them as the Wildcards and it is YOUR votes that have decided who they will be and those results will be revealed!
Tonight, it will be all about the Boys and the Girls as they perform for the first time on that X Factor stage for YOUR votes!
Here are the songs that tonight's acts are going to be performing tonight!
The BOYS - Mentored by LOUIS WALSH
Sam Black, will sing 'Faith' (Stevie Wonder ft. Ariana Grande)
Spencer Sutherland, will sing 'Who You Are' (Jessie J)

Grace Davies, will sing 'Too Young' (Original Song)

Rai-Elle Williams, will sing 'Doo Wop' (That Thing) 'Lost Ones / No' (Lauren Hill / Meghan Trainor)

The LIVE shows are coming.....after the Judges' Houses!
After weeks of auditions and bootcamp rounds along with the Six Chair Challenge, the race for that life changing recording contract is getting close to the LIVE shows.
But before that very stage comes, there is still the challenge to select the finalists' because tonight and tomorrow, it's all about the Judges' Houses!
Dermot is back once again with all the action from the Judges' Houses, with tonight being all about the Girls and the Overs and tomorrow being all about the Groups and the Boys!
With the Girls being mentored by Sharon Osbourne, she will choose her final 3 acts with the help of Kelly and Jack Osbourne, in San Francisco.
Nicole will be joined by Stormzy on safari, as she chooses her final 3 acts, as she mentors the Overs this year.
Dreams will come true for some but for others, sadly they will not come true.
Join Dermot with all the action from San Fransisco and from safari for the Judges' Houses round, on The X Factor tonight at 8:20pm only on ITV!
Don't miss it!
Good luck to all remaining acts, the judges/mentors, the presenters and everyone of the X Factor team!
