After double performances last-week with the X Factor Jukebox, the sing-off was between Tamera Foster and Luke Friend for the last remaining place for the semi-final.
The last remaining-place had to be decided through the results of the public vote after the judges' could not make a majority vote, resulting in the vote going to DeadLock.
The act who had received the fewest of votes and had left the competition was Tamera Foster, which also meant that Luke Friend secured the last remaining-place for the semi-final.
It also meant that Nicole was the first-mentor to lose all her acts.
With the Wembley final just another weekend away, the attention is first on the Semi Final!
Dermot is back again tonight with all the performances, as the 4 remaining acts perform TWICE on that X Factor studio stage in their attempt to win YOUR votes and get a step closer to making it through to next-week's star-studded Grand Final at Wembley Arena!

The OVER 25s (a.k.a. Team Sharon) - Mentored by SHARON OSBOURNE
Sam Bailey, will sing 'If I Were A Boy' and 'Candle In The Wind'
The GROUPS (a.k.a. Team Gary) - Mentored by GARY BARLOW
Rough Copy, are going to sing 'Survivor' and 'Sorry Seems To Be The Hardest Word'
The tension is rising and the pressure is continuing to mount, as the next potential winner is close to being crowned!
Tonight, the attention will be on all of the performances from the 4 remaining-acts but tomorrow, the attention will be on those all-important and tension-ridden results, which will decide who makes it through to the Grand Final and who sadly, will see their X Factor journey end.
