The X Factor Series 6 - Live Show 7, Results' Show 7
DAYS LEFT FOR RELEASE OF RHYDIAN'S NEW ALBUM 'O FORTUNA': Only 7 days to go!
What a weekend it has been and what a result we've had in the end!
The 6 acts did all they could to win YOUR votes and the result was finally-out yesterday-night! Only 5 acts could have gone-through.
The 2 acts that received the fewest-votes were Olly Murs and John & Edward, meaning that both acts had to perform in the last Final Showdown of the series!
After both performances, it was down to the judges' to decide
Simon was first-up to decide and remaining loyal to his act, he decided to send home..........JOHN & EDWARD.
Cheryl, who saw both her acts go through, blew kisses to the remaining Group, she also decided to send home..........JOHN & EDWARD.
Louis was next and he too, remained loyal to his act and decided to send home..........OLLY.
Since this was the last Final Showdown, Dannii was left with the casting-vote but before making her decision, she asked a question 'Is this a singing competition?'
After a clear YES from the audience, Dannii decided to send home..........JOHN & EDWARD.
So the X Factor journey came to an end for John & Edward, whilst Olly's jounrey continues into next week, it also means that there are no Groups left in the competition, whilst the Boys (Lloyd, Joe), Girls (Stacey) and the Over 25s (Olly, Danyl) are the only categories left!
One thing is for sure, is that the winner is amongst them and it's not-long left till we find out!
However, we say goodbye to John & Edward and we wish them luck for the future!
Want to watch it again? You can watch both The X Factor and The Xtra Factor ONLINE through ITV Player @ http://www.itv.com/itvplayer.
Good luck to the 5 remaining acts, the judges/mentors, the presenters and everyone of the X Factor team!
