DAYS LEFT FOR RELEASE OF OLLY MURS' NEW ALBUM 'IN CASE YOU DIDN'T KNOW': Only 7 days to go!

Weekend 7 saw The X Factor go to the Movies!

The 6 acts did all they could on Saturday-night with their performances, in their bid to remain in the competition, whilst on Sunday-night, they found-out their fate on the hit ITV show, with the results!

After performances from star-of-the-moment Rihanna and last-year's X Factor runner-up Rebecca Ferguson, it was time to reveal those all-important results of the viewers' votes.

The first-act through to Weekend 8 was..........MISHA B!

The second-act securing a place were..........LITTLE MIX!

The third-act booking a place in next-week's show was..........MARCUS!

So it was Janet, Amelia and Craig left on-stage and only 1 more place from the public-vote was up-for-grabs.

The last-place from the public-vote went to..........JANET!

So it was Amelia and Craig who ended-up in the bottom-two, resulting in them to to perform against each-other in the Final Showdown for that last and final-place, which was the decision for the judges' to make.

After such hard-to-call performances from both acts, it was time for the judges' to make a decision.

Gary was first-up to decide and remaining loyal to his act, he decided to send-home.....AMELIA.

Kelly was next-up to decide and like Gary, remained loyal to her act and decided to send-home.....CRAIG.

Tulisa was next-up to decide and after such-time, she decided to send-home.....AMELIA.

Last-up was Louis, who had to make the casting-vote and after taking a little-bit of time, he decided to send-home.....CRAIG.

So that meant there was no-majority vote, resulting in the first DeadLock of the series, which also meant that it was back to the results' of the viewers' vote.

The 1 act who received the fewer of votes and was leaving the competition was.....CRAIG.

So Amelia Lily secured that last and final place in the competition but sadly. it was the end of the X Factor adventure for Craig Colton.

Missed any of the action? You can watch both The X Factor and The Xtra Factor online NOW on the ITV Player @ http://www.itv.com/itvplayer

Good luck to the 5 remaining acts, the eliminated acts, the judges/mentors, the presenters and everyone of the X Factor team!
