Last-night, it was the final night of the Grand Final Weekend, as after weeks of auditions in both the Room and the Arena plus the daunting rounds of Bootcamp and the Judges' Houses and 10-weeks of LIVE shows, the winner of The X Factor 2014 was to be crowned!

With a life-changing record contract up-for-grabs and a debut single to be released, it was a weekend not to be missed!

It was a contest between Fleur East and Ben Haenow, as they had made it through to Sunday-night and both got to perform their version of what would have been the Winner's Single, as they performed 'Something I Need'

Also, it was a welcoming sight as Mel B was back amongst the panel!

After an action-packed night with more performances from both finalists as well as all of this-year's acts making a return performance plus the likes of Olly Murs and Demi Lovato as well as One Direction with Ronnie Wood and even the likes of Sam Smith performing on that Wembley stage, the winner was finally announced and it was solely decided on YOUR votes!

With 57.3% of the vote, the winner of The X Factor 2014 was..........BEN HAENOW!

Fleur East finished as a worthy runner-up, having received 34.3% of the vote

And as things stand right-now, his debut single 'Something I Need' is currently at the TOP spot at NO#1 on the iTunes Chart!

Meanwhile, his CD single will release on 17th December. which is only 2 days away!

Huge congratulations to Ben and to all of this-year's finalists, the judges/mentors, the presenters and everyone of the X Factor team!
